Account Management
3.1 Account Security

3.2 Accurate Information

3.3 Account Sharing

3.4 Inactive Accounts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Disputes & Complaints
11.1 Complaints Process

Complaints submitted after this period may not be investigated.
11.2 Internal Resolution
nustargames.com will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 3 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation — for example, involving third-party game provider data or payment processor records — the Player will be notified of the extended timeline.
11.3 Escalation
If a Player is not satisfied with the outcome of nustargames.com's internal complaint resolution, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its applicable regulatory complaint channels. nustargames.com will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
11.4 Game Outcome Disputes
In the case of disputes regarding game outcomes, the Platform's server logs and game provider records constitute the authoritative record. In the case of live dealer game disputes, studio monitoring footage may be reviewed. The determination of nustargames.com's designated disputes team is final in the absence of an escalated PAGCOR ruling.
Suspension & Termination
nustargames.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of Philippine anti-gambling laws;
- Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by the Player against valid transactions;
- PAGCOR instruction or court order;
- Commercially unreasonable patterns of play indicating systematic exploitation of the Platform.
Where an Account is closed for reasons attributable to the Player's own misconduct, nustargames.com reserves the right to retain the Account's balance as compensation for damages and administrative costs, subject to applicable law. Where closure is initiated by nustargames.com for reasons other than the Player's breach, any unencumbered Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Amendments to These Terms
nustargames.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect Player rights, financial terms, or Account conditions — will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
Non-material amendments (including clarifications, typographical corrections, formatting changes, and updates to reflect new payment methods or game categories) may be made without advance notice. The effective date displayed at the top of these Terms will be updated accordingly.
Continued use of nustargames.com following notification of any changes constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure with return of unencumbered Real Money Funds.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act 9487 (the Interactive Gaming Act), relevant PAGCOR circulars, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process or PAGCOR mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
